The group is ready to leave for London. We meet in the Massry Center at 1:30am.
Thank you security for letting us wait inside for our shuttle.
We board our shuttle bus for our ride to Newark Airport.
Thank you Jim for getting us there safely.
After a smooth transition through security our plane awaits.
Look we have a mascot! Chris St Cyr brings his blow up kitty with us.
I think it was our good luck charm and it is so well behaved.
Beautiful views as we leave the states. Good bye New York.
My "great design" pick for the day is this great Seagram's can of seltzer water that I was given
on the plane. Nice use of color and text, image relationship.
We made it! And England was there to welcome us with open arms.
And London bus driver Harold picks us up and takes us to our home for the week - The Clink!
The Clink was an 1800's court house and prison. This is the court house where THE CLASH was on trial and also a favorite haunt of Charles Dickens. Such history in a hostel.
Since we have all been up for over 24 hours. It is time for bed and tomorrow we start our adventure!
